Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am -5pm
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Assistant to join a busy, fast paced HR department in Telford. My client is looking for a detail orientated individual who has excellent time management skills and a positive can do attitude to join them on a permanent basis.
Will have experience of working with a busy HR department
Be able to demonstrate a sound working knowledge of MS Office
Have an eye for detail
Be able to demonstrate excellent written & oral communication skills
This position is heavily admin orientated are will include the following
Maintaining various HR systems across the group
You will be involved in completing all new starter checks and ensure all compliance is adhered to
Issue new contracts of employment & deal with existing contact variations
You will monitor absenteeism & sickness, ensure it is logged correctly and any issues are escalated accordingly.
Producing & managing job advertisements - both internally & externally
You will on occasions provide factual guidance to employees regarding company policy and or legislation.
You will also support the HR management team with additional admin or project related tasks.
