Job Description

We are pleased to announce a new opening in our HR team due to progression of a current staff member! What we're after is a new HR Assistant to join the team at our central offices looking after a number of academy schools.

Based in central Croydon we're surrounded with amazing transport links and plenty of amazing places to visit for your lunch break or after work activities (lockdown permitting!)
When it comes to education we're a leading name for academy based business and schools branching out across the South of London areas.
We want a friendly proactive individual to join our supportive HR team working closely with other departments we pride ourselves on being welcoming to everyone across all HR related teams.

As HR Assistant you will be working in a team and alongside our HR officer. Duties include but not limited to admin tasks such as staffing reports, producing and updating personnel files, employee letters and contracts as well as working alongside recruitment and finance teams.
We use a school specific software called Bromcom but experience of this is not essential.
In the current climate we have different departments in the office at different time sot help with social distancing. As it stands we rotate one week at home one week in the office. We provide laptops for home working and have good social distancing policies in place for when you are in the office.
To help with crowding on public transport if this is your method for getting to work we currently offer flexible working hours to help alleviate any stress with this.

Ideally we would like a candidate who has worked within a Schools HR team or a multisite business previously. Exposure to a SCR type database or system would be perfect.
We would like somebody who has carried out Staff Onboarding and inputting new starter profiles.
Even better if you are working towards your CIPD!!

Essential Requirements..
New starter packs or On-boarding.
Previous work with a SCR.
HR background in Schools or Multi Site Business.

For this position we are offering £22-26000 pa
