We are currently recruiting for Band 2 HR Assistants, to join a busy trust and provide administrative support to the HR team.
Hours: 09:00 - 17:00, Monday - Friday (37.50 hours)
4 - 6 week temporary assignment
Duties will include:
" Providing administrative support to the HR Hub team
" Data entry
" Dealing effectively with customer enquiries
" Maintaining the document management system
" Providing general administration support to all aspects, of the teams delivery of service
You must have experience of a wide range of clerical duties and an understanding of data protection & confidentiality and demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
