Job Description

Do you hold a relevant HR degree or qualification? Would you like to join a leading leisure and hospitality firm?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working with an ever growing and expanding leisure and hospitality company at their head office on the outskirts of Liverpool city centre, you will be expected to support a wide range of different duties and activities within the HR team alongside assisting with the day to day functions and duties with external HR and payroll partners.

Day to day duties in this role include:

Accurately compiling and updating employee records on the company's inhouse system.
Processing HR administrative information for the employee lifecycle - this includes staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, leavers etc.
Compiling data and preparing regular reports on HR related activities that would be related to the employee lifecycle.
Coordinating HR projects (meetings, trainings, audits, surveys etc.) and take minutes.
Deal with employee related requests that would fall under HR issues, rules and regulations.
Assisting with payroll preparation by providing correct and relevant data (absences, bonus related incentives etc.)

In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:

Basic knowledge of UK employment law.
A HR qualification and/or relevant experience in a HR related role (over 2 years).
MS Office experience.
Accurate and fast notetaking skills.
It would also be desirable for the right candidate to have worked in a HR role within a leisure and hospitality sector OR hands on experience within HRIS or HRMS.
