My client based in Keighley is looking for a HR Assistant, this is a full-time permanent role.
Salary is £20-24k DOE working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
The client is looking for a responsible, professional who is ideally qualified to CIPD Level 3.
They are looking for someone with generalist HR Experience, and would like candidates with manufacturing experience although this is not essential. The client would also like someone who has knowledge of GDPR regulations as well as knowledge of Sage 50 payroll.
The duties include:
Providing accurate HR advice in the absence of the HR Manager
Aiding HR Manager in implementing policy, procedure and best practice
Keeping updated on Employment law legislation
Driving and maintaining recruitment processes
Keeping updated on Covid legislation
Assisting the HR Manager with Maternity, Paternity, Absence Management, Disicipline and Recruitment
