Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a HR Assistant, to join our established client who is a global manufacturer of specialised polymer materials.
Temporary assignment until April 2023
09:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
£12.82 per hour
Duties include:
* Prepares and maintains current job descriptions and posts job advertisements, arranges interviews and administers pre-employment tests as required
* Establishes recruitment electronic files and manages content alongside candidate data and candidate correspondence
* Coordinates, schedules and arrange interviews as required
* Interacts with and supplies information to answer and resolve queries raised by employees, manager and department heads
* Manages the planning, approval, coordination, supplier management of timesheets and invoicing of temporary agency workers as required
* Compile induction training programs and on-boarding documentation for new associates and ensures all new starter administration is completed. Ensuring all statutory documentation is scanned and filed appropriately
* Manages sensitive and confidential matters like personnel relations, employee relations and organizational changes, planning and protecting the security of information, data and files
Essential:
Educated to Degree standard
Up to 5 years' experience in an HR generalist role preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Ability to multitask and prioritise
Time/priority management
Work as part of a team
Self-motivated
Project management
Good communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft outlook, excel and word
