A temporary assignment has become available for someone to join a fantastic organisation as a HR Assistant. As a HR Assistant you will provide efficient administrative support to the HR & Payroll function working closely with the HR team to ensure the smooth running of the department.
The job will entail you to maintain accurate and up to date employee records on HR information systems and in employee files.
Act as a point of contact for internal HR queries sent to the HR email address.
Deal with queries efficiently and in a timely manner escalating to other members of the HR team as appropriate.
Ensure that probation and appraisal forms are followed up on
The expert in using the HR system, entering new starters, leavers and changes. Running adhoc reports, managing holiday allowances, notice rules and work patterns.
The ideal candidate would be someone who has had experience in an administration environment previously, have strong admin skills and also an eye for detail. HR experience isn't necessary however would support you in your application
