A unique opportunity with a niche employer in the centre of Cardiff has arisen for a Temporary HR Professional to aid with a recruitment plan. The individual must have experience of Generalist HR in addition to the below:

• Management of candidate applications & advertising
• General HR Advice to line managers and staff
• Escalate HR issues to Senior HR Managers

This is an employer that offers excellent benefits and a wonderful open-plan work environment. The successful candidate will initially work from home with occasional office visits as required. Experience of working within a Public Sector or Charity environment would be most advantageous.

The successful candidate will be working on a full-time, temporary ongoing basis with no fixed end date due to the workload ahead.
