HR Assistant/Administrator Project Role

Monday - Friday: 9am -5pm

6 Months FTC - With Possible Extension

Exciting opportunity to join my client in South Liverpool to join a growing company with their HR needs.

Driving : Prefered due to Location

Must have a good working knowledge of policies and procedures as below:

- Update current policies in line with any legislation changes
- Drive safely
- Harassment Discrimination & Equal Opportunities
- Disciplinary
- Grievance
- H&S inc Smoking, Display Screen
- Additional policies as required
- Absence - inc sickness, bereavement etc
- Maternity/Paternity
- Shared Parental leave
- Flexible working -format and issue control documents
- Employee Handbook
- Check list for scenarios

The Main role will be giving your input and knowledge to update on the below documents :

Template letters:

- New Starters:
- Offer Letters
- References
- Confirmation of Contract
- Investigation
- Suspension
- Disciplinary
- Grievance
- Appeals
- Maternity
- Flexible working requests
- Probationary
- Completion
- Termination
- All to cover, invites, notes and outcomes

Induction Book
Organisational Chart

Performance:

Training matrix by department
Succession plans
OTO meeting notes template
Review templates and timescales

Activity Manager:
- Training department request log - collate waiting lists to generate
- Tracker Appraisal follow up

Monitoring systems
Starters v leavers
Sickness reports
Back to work tracker
