I`m currently looking for a HR Assistant to take on duties with a top legal firm in the heart of London.

Based in Central London accessible by tube and a stones throw from some of London`s greenest, nicest outdoors spaces. We have a very busy but happy working environment and great clients as well as colleagues (we would say so).

For over 60 years we have been a trusted legal partner for organisations across a number of industries including Media, Publishing, Technology, Hospitality Real Estate and Fashion just to name a few!

We have a headcount of circa 50 staff members including 16 partners and we want somebody who can come in and Integrate with the way we work.

We need you to pick up the Admin and Day to Day tasks of the the Human Resource function working alongside and assisting our HR Manager as the junior in our two person team.

Dealing with the day to day paperwork and policy guidance across the company as well as standard matters such as issuing of letters and standard employee contracts.
We do currently work with a hybrid model but are looking for the right candidate to be in the office 3 days a week.

Ideally, we want somebody who has a solid background in a busy HR department dealing with various issues ideally within a Law Firm or professional practice of similar size.

Have you previous experience working in a busy HR department in an SME with staff numbers of around 50 employees?
Have you previous exposure with working close with a HR manager in a similar environment?
