What will you do as a HR Associate?
- Act as a key contact within HR function, supporting key projects as required.
- Assist and have key input in setting up and arranging company "away days".
- Provide support in recruitment and onboarding process.
- Conduct engagement surveys and focus on employee wellbeing.
- Support HR & Operations manager across varying HR tasks.
