We have an interesting and exciting opportunity for an accomplished Human Resources Business Partner to join a wider-Public Sector organisation based in Cardiff.

The successful candidate must have experience within Human Resources, reporting to the Head of HR Operations and Organisational Development. The key stakeholders involved in the successful candidate's working day will be Directors, HR Department colleagues,HR colleagues across other geographical areas, IT, Finance, etc. Familiarity with dealing at these levels is essential as the role will be challenging from Day 1!

We're looking for somebody who has comprehensive HR experience and has a pro-active approach to planning, delivery and analysis of process.
