Experienced HR Business Partner sought to join a highly successful consumable company who put their employees at the heart of everything they do.
Crucially in your role, you will be working alongside Business Leaders to align organisational strategies, priorities and goals mindful of the company`s vision and values.
Overseeing the whole employee lifecycle, you`ll provide advice and support to managers on a range of people matters. As a single point of contact to employees you will implement people-related programmes such as rewards and recognition and employee development initiatives.
As the ideal candidate you will have exceptional experience within a HR Business Partner role, be able to self-start managing your own workload and have good influencing/negotiation skills. You will question the HR `norms` and create a culture defining experience.
