Role: HR Business Partner (TUPE specialist)
Location: Central Maidstone
Salary: £41,000 - £45,000
Hours: Monday - Friday

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support a business in central Maidstone with an exciting opportunity. You must have strong TUPE experience.

You will be responsible for change management including executing people strategy, performance management, talent and leadership development, employee engagement, talent and succession, performance management, providing HR information to senior managers and stakeholders and assisting with workshops.

You will ideally have significant HR experience, a good understanding of employment legislation and be fully CIPD qualified.
