Brook Street is currently recruiting for a senior HR Business Partner to join a well established team within United Lincolnshire Hospital Trust. This is on a full time, temporary basis for 6 months with the chance of the contract being extended.
The purpose of this position will be to work alongside directorate management teams (clinical and non clinical) to facilitate effective workforce planning as part of business plans
You will ensure that the workforce is equipped to deliver agreed objectives, but is structured in an as cost effective way possible.
You will be an integral part of the directorate management team by developing effective working relationships, influencing and challenging the management team on their personal style and the development and delivery of their people plans in support of the achievement of the business area and HR strategies.
The successful candidate must;
Have a degree in HR or equivalent level of experience
Be a chartered member of CIPD or equivalent experience as recognised by the CIPD
Have evidence of continuing professional development as required by the CIPD to masters level or CIPD level 7
Have experience of supporting senior teams in developing and delivering workforce plans
Have experience of interpreting and advising on complex terms and conditions, policies and procedures
Have experience of managing change and workforce re-design including restructuring, redundancy and TUPE transfers
Have NHS experience
The rate of pay for this position is £19.92 - £23.91p/h plus holiday pay,
