My client a highly regarded local company are looking to welcome an HR Business Partner for their office based in South Belfast
The role is available immediately and temporary for 2 months
If successful, you will be working within the office supported by HR staff to ensure appropriate induction, training and support are given.Risk assessments have been carried out in relation to COVID 19 and appropriate social distancing measures are in place. This will be kept under review and in line with Government guidance.
What do we need form you?
Level six qualification (e.g. Bachelor`s Degree,Graduate diploma) in HR or a Business related discipline, or, at least 4 years (gained in the last 10 years) recent relevant generalist HR experience at officer level in an organisation of at least 100 employees
At least 3 years (gained in the last 6 years) relevant generalist HR experience in at least 3 of the following areas:
Associate membership of CIPD. recruitment & selection of employees;
learning and development of employees;
employee relations including disciplinary, grievance, performance and attendance management;
providing advice and guidance to a range of audiences;
Comprehensive knowledge of current and pending employment legislation.
IT Literate, including experience of HR Information Systems and associated reporting packages.
A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport
