Our client based on the Lisburn Road, has a requirement for a HR Business Partner with an immediate start
Our client works within the Housing Industry
Provide a comprehensive support and advisory service to line managers and employees
on HR management issues, including recruitment and selection, terms and conditions of
employment, absence management and disciplinary/grievance matters
The post holder will be required to work flexibly and collaboratively with relevant internal
and external stakeholders and contribute to the management and development of
services, which comply with legislation and regulatory requirements, and typify best
To be considered for this role, applicants must display clearly on their CV that you have a
Level six qualification (e.g. Bachelor's Degree, Graduate diploma) or above in HR or
above in a Business related discipline
At least 3 years' (gained in the last 6 years') generalist HR experience of the following
Employee relations and case management to include participation in discipline
and grievance and investigation process.
Administering sickness and absence protocols.
Performance management protocols.
Working with trade union representatives in an employee relations environment
Comprehensive knowledge of current and pending employment legislation
A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport
