My client based in South Belfast has an immediate vacancy for a HR Business Partner
The role is full time and temporary for 3+ months
The job purpose of this role Support and assist the professional delivery of Human Resources (HR) services in line with the Association`s business plan
We are seeking CV;s that demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to construct business correspondence, reports and presentations
Highly analytical and results driven
Attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to meet targets and deadlines
ICT skills including experience of using spreadsheets to report, analyse and interpret data
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Comprehensive knowledge of current and pending employment legislation
What do we need from you?
Level six qualification (e.g. Bachelor`s Degree, Graduate diploma) or above in HR or above in a Business related discipline. or, At least 5 years` (gained in the last 10 years`) generalist HR experience. At least 3 years` (gained in the last 6 years`) generalist HR experience of the following areas:
Employee relations and case management to include participation in discipline and grievance and investigation process.
Administering sickness and absence protocols.
Performance management protocols.
Working with trade union representatives in an employee relations environment
A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport
