ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently working in partnership with a leading community healthcare provider based in Central Woking, seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with a background in all aspects of HR, and specifically Employee Relations. This will be on a 3 month fixed term contract basis.

YOUR PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work closely with them and the HR team to deliver a professional and highly responsive HR service across the organisation, providing guidance and advice to to Managers covering all operational HR issues. You will also play a key role in specific projects such as service redesign and organisational change.

Your key responsibilities will include providing advice and support to Managers on matters relating to all aspects of HR, undertaking case work including equality and diversity, work performance and organisational change. You will also focus on designing and delivering training to Line Managers regarding new initiatives, and coach Managers in all aspects of HR management.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?
We are looking for an HR candidate currently at Business Partner or equivalent level, happy to travel to sites across Surrey, so you must have access to your own vehicle. You will have general HR experience along with a proven ability to manage a variety of ER cases. Ideally you will have a background in the NHS or healthcare services although this is not essential for the right person. Car parking may be provided although this has not been confirmed, however 70-80% of your day will be visiting Managers on site and you will spend limited time at the Central Woking office.

WHAT BENEFITS WILL YOU GET?
A salary range of £31,365-£37,890 is available, based on your level of experience at Business Partner level, along with a 5% uplift based on travel and location. This position is a 3 month fixed term contract, and provides an opportunity starting as soon as possible. Interviews will be held via Microsoft Teams and will take place in the next few weeks.
