" Previous experience as a Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner
" Holds a CIPD level 5
" Excellent communication skills via F2F, telephone or email
" Multi site / regional experience
" Organised and able to manage own workload, work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met, confident, flexible and self motivated
" Full UK Driving License
" Ideally has experience within Construction and degree educated
" Knowledge of current employment legislation, GDPR

" Day to day you will provide exceptional HR support and guidance to the Finance and Managing Director, and also provide support to Regional Directors and Managers on general issues
" Complete and support employee disciplinaries, performance and grievances, appraisals, pay reviews
" Visit other sites across the country (may include overnight stay), and promote HR initiatives across the company and upskill regional teams
" Monitor trends from exit interviews and act upon accordingly
" Oversee the recruitment and selection process
" Uphold company policies and procedures and liaise with the H&S Manager
" Create monthly reports, attend monthly meetings, and ensure KPI's are being met
