This is an ongoing temporary position with no fixed end date, due to the need to recruit somebody in this role on a permanent basis.
The organisation is values led and has a strong mission statement, which factors in the importance of the HR function in enabling line managers and senior members of staff to deliver the mission through its departments. The client holds Investors in People Gold Standard, which really proves their commitment to people.
As a HR Business Partner, you'll use your positive attitude, HR and OD knowledge and your communication and influencing skills to support senior and middle managers to achieve the strategic objectives of the organisation. As a senior member of the team, you will manage employment relations cases within your business units, directly working with managers in the resolution of issues.
We are looking for somebody with extensive HR experience within a similar role and level, holding a CIPD at Level 7 and proven experience of working with complex casework.
This is a remote-working opportunity, with visits to the Cardiff office as required. We can accommodate applicants working from all areas of the UK but close proximity to South Wales or Central London would be preferred.
