HR Business Partner - Central London - up to £58,000 - Charity Sector

We are currently working with an amazing charity, recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join their Head Office in Central London. A salary of £54,000-£58,000 is on offer along with a fantastic benefits package.

Role Purpose:
Working as part of the Directorate Leadership team, you will partner with Senior Leaders and Directors to deliver the organisation's strategy and aims. You will be responsible for providing proactive and innovative solutions to business issues and lead on HR elements of the organisation's 'change agenda'. As a strategic and credible Business Partner, you will draw on your technical and experiential insights and know-how to assist in shaping the organisation's HR business plan.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities will include:
- Partner with Leadership teams within the business to provide solutions that drive and enable business goals to be achieved, and implement people plans that align with the organisational strategy
- Provide strong, commercially sound support and challenge through coaching techniques and provide advice on options, impact and risk
- Work as a key contact within HR for Senior Leaders and Directors to provide a full HR service to the organisation
- Utilising reporting analysis and trend data to develop solutions that drive continuous improvement

To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Expert working knowledge of HR across a broad spectrum of specialisms and functions such as L&D, recruitment, reward and employee relations
- Proven expertise of business partnering within a complex, changing and growing organisation
- The ability to partner with Senior Leaders and Directors to offer strategic insight, coach and challenge when required
- Knowledge of organisational design principles and aligning design within a business
- Superior understanding of HR legislation and case law, consultation and change
- Expertise in using data and insight to communicate and influence decision making within the organisation
- The ability to plan, lead and evaluate consultations
- Demonstrate the ability to constructively challenge and enable business case decision making

- Salary of £54,000-£58,000
- 34.5 hour working week (9am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 9am-4.30pm on Friday)
