We are currently working with a Healthcare Union/Professional Body based in Central London, recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join them on a fixed term contract until 31st December 2019.
To be considered for this excellent opportunity you should hold a Level 7 CIPD qualification/qualified by experience, excellent knowledge of employee legislation, success implementing suitable HR interventions to drive continual improvement, and expertise managing a generalist HR caseload.
The role of the HR Business Partner is to foster constructive working relationships with senior management and middle managers in support of the achievement of shared organisational objectives, in particular supporting and implementing HR systems, processes and practice that support the organisation's strategic aims, objectives, and operational plans, working in conjunction with the Organisational Development team and in partnership with recognised trade union representatives.
Fostering constructive working relationships with senior management and middle managers and other key stakeholders, the HR Business Partner will provide an employee relations service to a designated patch area, including:
- Servive delivery
- Insight and engagement
- Equality and diversity
