HR Clerical/Admin Officer

Job Description

We are working with an exciting opportunity within a public sector organisation based in the city centre for an experienced HR admin officer. The position is initially a 3x month temporary position but is likely to be extended and will be paid at a rate of £12.90 per hour.

You will be joining a warm, friendly, supportive team that work together to fall in line with required SLAs. You'll be dealing with internal HR enquiries by both phone and email. It is a full time position and would need to be available 8am to 4:30pm with a flexible approach.
You will deal with enquiries via the phone and email and as such you will need to have good communication skills both written and verbal. Supporting the HR team, dealing with general enquiries, correspondence writing, investigating online systems including transactional queries IE annual leave request etc within the required policies and procedures which you will receive training on.

Using several IT systems, you will be provided with on the job training with the systems they use but will also need to be confident using IT systems including Oracle and Microsoft suite.

The ideal person for the role will be experienced within a HR role, organised, good multitasker and can do attitude with good communication skills.

The role will be dependant on passing a DBS check and is looking to start as soon as possible, please apply asap
