Brook Street are currently working to recruit for a maternity contract for a HR Co Ordinator / Aftercare Lead in their Reading Offices.
Working as part of the dedicated Account Team, the After-Care Lead is responsible for the provision of a high-quality service to our workers and the Client, being an SME and offering timely solutions while acting with discretion at all times. Your responsibilities will include, but won`t be limited to the following:
Ensuring all workers are supported day to day with a trusted point of contact. This includes managing general queries around holiday, sickness, maternity, paternity etc. and picking up further conversations when required. Appropriately managing any performance issues, salary reviews, contract extensions/ends. Managing client requests and advising of the correct approach to ensure any legislative constraints, compliance restrictions etc are adhered to. You will drive regular incentives for the workers and ensuring the monthly payroll related processes are carried out along with providing weekly reports as required to the client.
You will be part of a small team who support each other day to day so will need to have a flexible approach to supporting your colleagues and be very customer focused. You will have excellent communication skills both written and face to face.
To succeed in this role you will have the following skills / attributes:
Strong Customer Services skills
Previous HR experience desirable but not essential
Salary: Dependant on experience
