My client a Croydon based Engineering company, is looking for a HR Consultant with CHANGE MANAGEMENT and FLEXIBLE WORKING knowledge to come in on a 4-5 month project to implement Employee change management and flexible working options.

The salary is open and will be according to skill, experience and qualifications. The client will also consider those working as a Ltd Company.

The hours are flexible and there will be an option to work from home.

The ideal candidate will have to have:
CIPD level 7 or Associate level
Change management experience
Flexible working knowledge
HR consultant level
