Job Description

HR Coordinator

Shrewsbury

Salary - £18,000 -£20,000pa DOE

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established educational establishment within a beautiful part of Shropshire.

A DBS is required for this role

You:

Will have previous experience working in a busy HR department
You will have excellent written & oral communication skills
Have experience of HR processes and procedures to include recruitment, training and development
Be able to demonstrate a sound working knowledge of MS Office
Flexible approach to work hours
A knowledge of processing DBS application or general compliance administration would be advantageous.
You will need to be able to manage conflict and problem solve.

The Role:
You will be the first point of contact for employee queries.
You will be involved in the recruitment process
You will be processing DBS applications
You will arrange events such as training, so will be booking trainers & relevant resources as well as issuing invites & course material
