£25,000 per annum
Hybrid role - working from home & office based, you must live within a commutable distance to Kings Hill, Kent
Flexible working hours - totalling 37.5hrs per week
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, efficient candidate who has excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines. HR experience is essential for this role, you must have a knowledge of HR legal requirements. You will be qualified to CIPD Level 3 or 5.
You will be responsible for producing HR documentation including contracts of employment, leaver letters, references and coordinating the appointment process for successful applicants, ensure that the new starters and employees are DBS compliant, creating appropriate reports for monitoring and auditing employee data, training etc. You will also assist with annual pay reviews, prepare spreadsheets and letters and provide basic advance on employment terms, conditions etc.
