This care solutions company are based in Nantwich and an opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Coordinator to join them on a 6 month Maternity Cover which could be extended to 9 months.
Responsibilities will include:
Maintaining an effective recruitment system which follows safer recruitment recommendations and signing off files to ensure compliance.
Drafting of job advertisements and posting vacancies
Sourcing candidates, effective screening
Facilitating interviews and testing
Liaising with recruitment agencies
Facilitating training and recruitment tracking systems
To offer HR Support as and when required including drafting formal letters, questions for formal meetings
Some administration support will be required which will involve some reception cover and monitoring office supplies. Setting up meeting rooms
This role is interesting and varied and you should have a flexible attitude to be able to work as part of a team.
You should have previous experience within a HR/Recruitment role. Hours are Monday to Friday 9-5.
The successful candidate will be subjected to a DBS check. This role will be to start as soon as possible
