A well established Guildford based client is recruiting for a HR generalist to support the Head of HR in day to day duties covering the UK and Ireland offices as well as some international support.
Key duties for the role will involve, HR Data Administration, Payroll Management, Performance Management, Policy and Procedures, Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, company cars, Organisational Structures/Headcount Administration, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Lifecycle - On boarding, Off-boarding & Daily Support and employee engagement, this is an extremely varied role covering all aspects of HR.
The ideal candidate will have CIPD qualifications or looking to complete these, good UK knowledge of employment Law, Excellent MS office skills and experience of HRIS systems (eg PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP etc) Calm and level headed and able work to tight deadlines and a Pro-active/self-starter and aptitude to problem solve.
This is a flexible part time, 3 month temporary position ideally working 3 days a week.
