Job Description

HR Generalist - Part time

I am looking to recruit a HR Generalist for a company in Leamington Spa town centre.

This is a permanent position working between 25 - 30 hours per week ideally across Monday to Friday, however this can be negotiated if needed.

Salary is between £25k - £28k pro rata.

The company opened up in the UK just over 2 years ago and are going from strength-to-strength operating in the UK market.

As the HR Generalist you will ideally be CIPD level 5 qualified, level 3 will also be considered. There is potential that you can be qualified by experience if you don't have a relevant CIPD qualification.

Overall you will manage all general HR duties and contribute to the overall strategic HR functions for the UK office.

Main responsibilities include -
Support and managing payroll
Tracking holidays and absences
Completing disciplinaries or grievances
Reviewing and completing appraisals
Ensuring all personnel records are kept up to date and maintained accordingly
Reviewing and updating company expenses

For this role you will have adequate experience working as a HR Generalist where you can operate within a growing and expanding company. You will also be a people-person with excellent communication skills and be pro-active yet methodical in your approach to work.
