Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join Our Clients HR team. Reporting directly to the Director of HR, you will be a motivated and focused individual with relevant and current experience in a generalist HR role.
This role will be based in Tadcaster with 2-3 days of UK travel to support field based employees. A Company Car will be provided for this.
Your role will have both a strategic and operational focus, with you being involved in a variety of HR initiatives across the whole business. You will have an opportunity to support and work with stakeholders in all areas of the Client`s business and will be involved in a variety of work-streams and projects set up across departments that will require inter-departmental collaboration.
Essential Skills:
- A proven track record (3-5 years) in an HR generalist role preferably with experience of working with unionised group or field-based employees.
- You will be an effective communicator and be able to stand out.
- A CIPD qualification (or equivalent qualification) to at least Level 5.
- An excellent working knowledge and understanding of UK employment legislation, and general HR processes.
- Strong written and numerical skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
