A brand new and exciting opportunity has just become available for a great company based in and around York.

They are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join them in leading the Human Resources department. They are looking for someone who has the experience to take lead on many areas, to include but not exclusively, employee engagement, talent acquisition, learning and development, HRIS, compensation and benefits, financial planning and management development.

This is an exciting for someone looking for that next step to develop and further their career. The client is looking for someone with experience in the following: Ideally MCIPD qualified of the equivalent experience (Level 5 CIPD minimum), HR experience in a professional services firm, people management experience with ability to lead change, driving license is essential as travel within North Yorkshire will be required.

The Client would also be open to training and developing someone who is looking for something long term. They still would require a few years experience in a managerial role and have a CIPD Certificate.

In return they are offering a very generous salary dependant on experience, 27 days holiday plus bank holidays with the potential to increase by 3 days following length of service, flexible working, health cash plan, pension contribution, cycle to work scheme, discounts, professional qualification and support, death in service.
