Job Description

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm/ Friday 8am-1pm
This role will offer some degree of flexible working, however the majority of the time will be spent in the office.
You must be a driver due to the rural office location.

Are you CIPD Level 5 qualified or higher? Are you trained on employment legislation with the ability to provide advice on employment terms, conditions, policies and procedures? Do you have experience managing staff? If so, please apply today!

You will be responsible for providing first line HR support to all line managers and employees in line with company policies and legislation, this includes recruitment, performance management, capability, grievances and disciplinaries, data analysis and reporting. This position will also including constantly looking at means to improve the performance of the HR department. The role will also requirement the management of 2 team members - a Payroll & Benefits Advisor and HR Administrator.
