In this role you will oversee the delivery programmes by supporting and coaching line managers working in conjunction with HR colleagues to ensure successful implementation of transformation programmes.

The perfect candidate will be professionally qualified with a relevant degree/postgraduate qualification and have prior experience of delivering a change programme.
