- Main POC day to day employee/ manager HR issues
- Up to date HR Practices
- Employee Law & employee relations
- Knowledge of GDPR
- Team Training
- Recruitment (JD, Ad's, INT, On-boarding)
- Line Manage HR Admin, EA to Dir & Payroll/ Finance Team
- HR Documents (employee files)
- Performance Management
- CIPD Qualified Level 5
- CQC Regulations
