Job Title: HR Manager
Salary range: £26,500 - £28,500
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a large charitable organisation in the Worcester area. They are currently seeking an HR Manager to join their team.
Job Role of HR Manager:
Provide key leadership in guiding on policy and approach
Overseeing recruitment and talent acquisition
Managing grievance and disciplinary proceedings
Developing, implementing, and reviewing the people strategy
Advise and support line managers in employee relations issues as they arise, such as absence, grievance, disciplinary, TUPE and redundancies.
Desired skills of HR Manager:
Generalist knowledge across all aspects of HR
Demonstrable success in handling a wide variety of employee relations issues
CIPD Level 5 Minimum
