I am working with a manufacturing company who are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this is a standalone position which is key to the continued growth and success of the business. They are offering a salary of £40,000 per annum plus benefits.
Your key responsibilities will be;
-Recruitment, selection and Onboarding. As well as Training and Development.
-Performance management and absence management.
-Employee relations and employee engagement.
-Contracts of Employment
-HR Compliance and Regulation
-Remuneration, Reward and Benefits strategy
-Preparation of payroll, in liaison with the Finance Department
-Appraisal and Performance Review
-Administration of Company pension, PHI and Cycle2Work schemes
-Review of salaries, bonuses and benchmarking as required
The main requirements of this role will be to manage all aspects of the HR function and continue the drive towards the development of a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified with some experience within a HR Managerial position prior. Up to date knowledge of employment law with the ability to translate this into practical advice. It would be advantageous if you had some experience in a manufacturing, engineering or Research & Development environment (or similar).
