Job Description

Our client is interested in recruiting a temporary HR Business Partner which will be located in Antrim

You will advise and support Managers, Heads of Service and Directors in all day to day operational Human Resources matters; acting as a true business partner. You will also be involved in ensuring that Human Resources is `adding value` to the company

The role is temporary for at least 1 year, full time hours Monday to Friday, free car parking is available to those who drive

This is a key role and you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business and operational efficiencies and in turn improve business performance by driving the People Strategy to achieve business results

What do we need from you?
Degree or equivalent qualification
Membership of the CIPD at Associate level
Two years` experience in a Human Resources generalist / Business Partnering role
Strong organisational skills
Good knowledge of employment legislation
Full current driving licence

You will be paid an hourly rate of £15.78 per hour, access to free car parking and benefit from 35 days Annual leave days from your 13th week
