HR Manager - Finance Industry

Job Description

Experienced HR Manager required to join an extremely busy finance firm. This is a permanent opportunity working 5 days a week Mon-Fri.

The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting a HR department within the finance industry and is used to the meticulous, organised way of working. You`ll be able to follow procedures promptly and accurately, ensuring that all work is completed before moving onto something else. You`ll be a natural team player and enjoy supporting others, you`ll be overseeing the HR for 7/8 staff members.

Main duties include but are not limited to:
- Accurate record keeping
- Following well established HR procedures
- Overall employee lifecycle, inclusive of return to works, disciplinary etc
- Regular reviews
- Upskilling/training the team on any HR matters
