HR Officer responsibilities:
" Absence management
" Monitoring KPI's
" Building and maintaining relationships with staff
" ensuring that HR issues are dealt with within the timescales set out in the company's procedures
HR officer desired Skills and Experience:
" At least 5 years' generalist HR experience with proven successes is desired
" CIPD Level 5 qualified or above
