We are looking for a HR Officer to join their very busy team.

With a flexible working pattern the hours will suit almost everyone - you could even finish early so that you can work out in their beautiful new gym!!

Your aim is to ensure the organisation employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience and will cover areas such as: conditions of employment, negotiation with external work-related agencies, pay and rewards, and recruitment and retention.

We are looking for someone who has HR experience, strong business awareness and interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships. You must encompass strong organisation and planning experience and be confident in compiling statistical data.

You must hold a driving license and have your own transport.

In return you will receive a salary in the region of £20,000-25,000 plus 33 days' holiday including bank holidays plus long-service increase. Great flexi-time arrangement available. Government work place pension, free parking and hot drinks, free work wear, on site crèche and staff discounts.
