Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our Belfast based client who wishes to recruit an experienced HR Officer. This is a full time and permanent position

The successful HR generalist will join a busy HR team and be responsible for supporting a number of key business areas.

Duties will include

* Absence management, employee engagement, recruitment, TUPE and HR projects.
* Provide advice and guidance on the performance management and appraisal process
* Support Managers with absence and performance management
* Review and update policies and procedures
* Support disciplinary and grievance procedures; investigations, meetings etc
* Advise employees and managers on day to day issues
* Support recruitment campaigns, onboarding and exiting processes HR projects - engagement & wellbeing

The Person:

* Must have a CIPD Qualification
* Minimum of 3 years HR generalist experience
* Essential experience of Recruitment & Selection, Discipline & Grievance
* Experience on advising on employment law
* Using HR systems
* Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail Good interpersonal

Desirable Experience

* Dealing with Trade Unions

Salary will be circa £28,000 per annum - decided at interview stage
