Brook Street is recruiting for a experienced HR officer

This is a 6 Month Fixed term contract and there will be a Permanent position at the end of 6 months you can apply to.

Position: HR Officer
Work From Home (1-2 days per month in the office)
Location: Peterborough
Salary: £24,250 Per Annum
Hours: 6 Month Fixed term contract - Monday-Friday - 36 hours per week

Benefits: 25 Days Holiday + 12 Days Public and Privilage leave (Pro Rata)

Post Duties

• Ensure the delivery of first class customer service with internal and external customers
• Support the recruitment process
• Process new starters (inductions, contracts, Background checks)
• Issue letters to employees
• Processing payroll information
• Support HR Officer
• Adhoc Administration

Qualifications

CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)

Experience

To be a successful candidate you will have:

• experience of working within a busy team
• the ability to work well under pressure to deadlines
• a keen eye for detail, ensuring any mistakes or inconsistencies are rectified
• the ability to deal tactfully and professionally with people
• an organised approach to managing own work and conflicting demands

The ability to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
