This is an opportunity to support the HR function, working within the recently launched Central Recruitment Team. The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team.
Key accountability's include;
coordinating recruitment campaigns by uploading adverts, arranging sifts and interviews and providing support to vacancy managers as necessary.
Daily monitoring of the team mailbox, ensuring that emails are triage'd and prioritised accordingly. Responding to queries within the necessary time-frame.
Booking rooms and ensuring that these are managed appropriately.
Ensuring that the required information for each recruitment campaign is recorded as necessary.
Collating ERP requests on a weekly basis and day to day management of the ERP mailbox.
In addition to this, there will be other opportunities to support the day to day running of the central recruitment team.
The successful candidate will;
Have the ability to work flexibly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Have the able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Be able to work efficiently within tight timescales.
Have excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
