I am working with a leading marketing company who are seeking a HR Officer to support the HR Director on a full-time, permanent basis. They are a dedicated global B2B agency who serve clients around the world that face challenging business issues and environments. They are situated in a beautiful converted barn in the Oxfordshire countryside in a busy office of 40 colleagues. My client is offering a competitive salary of £30,000 plus benefits such as an extra day off for your birthday and social events for the colleagues. They are looking for someone who is organised, self-motivated and able to prioritise their own workload. Driving licence and access to a car will be necessary for this role as there is no public transport to the site.

Your main responsibilities will be;
-Providing support to a variety of stakeholders and employees across the group, including
regular travel to their London office, and monthly travel to our offices in Kent and Norwich.
-Ownership of the performance review and induction processes alongside the HR Director.
-Assisting with all aspects of recruitment; from writing job specs through to interviewing.
-Updating policies and procedures in-line with legislative changes.
-Supporting the HR Director with the annual salary review process.
-Ownership of health & safety processes across all sites.
-Assisting with co-ordinating training and conducting training needs analysis as appropriate.
-Supporting with payroll and benefits administration, including generating contract addendums.
-Management of the HRIS to ensure data held is updated in a timely manner.
