Job Role /Purpose: To support your HR Business Partner in achieving business objectives by providing an effective, pro-active and efficient HR service. This will include the provision of operational HR support & advice within Strategy & Wellbeing, Workforce and Succession planning and operational HR. The role will require the application of Police Regulations, Police Staff Pay & Conditions of Service alongside the interpretation of policy procedure and guidance within day to day case management.
**UK DRIVING LICENCE NEEDED**
You will be required to provide three years worth of references and pass a police vetting check before you start this role. The vetting process takes approx 4-6 weeks.
