Our Global IT client is looking for an HR Project Manager to join their HR Services team.
Join a team looking to realise their modern HR model, delivering exceptional employee experiences, transforming the HR function through modernisation of policies, processes, tools and systems. The global initiatives may connect across multiple program teams, local HR teams and extended partners, bringing about improved ways of workings for employees and managers. Transform the work carried out by the global Service Centers by managing complex end to end projects, ensuring clear charters and deliverables are met and aligned across all programs, establish performance indicators and liaise with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. This will be a 12 month contract, (maximum 18 months) paid on a PAYE rate of up to £200.00/day dependent on experience(Circa £52,000pa equivalent). Benefits include paid holiday, sick, bank holidays, pension and a 5% bonus upon completion.
You will have strong demonstrable experience in project and change management skills across matrixed organisations. With experience specifically in HR Project Management and ideally in tools, systems and process related work. This role is remote currently and can remain that way for the duration, with the head office location being Reading.
