Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting for HR Recruitment Assistant to work for a government client in a Hybrid environment.
This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday with flexible core hours
Location Temple Quay Bristol Postcode BS1 6EW
This is a temporary contract for 4-5 Months with a possibility of an extension
Pay Rate is £10.42
You will be part of the recruitment onboarding department working closely with support of the team to meet deadlines targets and meet expectations.
" Serve as the main point of contact for new hires, providing support throughout the onboarding journey.
" Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
" Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
" Understand global background & on-going screening requirements, ensuring checks are correct
" Ensure all compliance processes and standards are adhered to
" Work to deadlines
" Manage own allocation of work
" Review work processes to identify areas for improvement
Experience required:
" Strong analytical & organisational skills.
" "Service now" experience/knowledge is desirable
" Demonstrate excellent work ethic and drive to succeed.
" Self-motivated with ability to work well within a team, high levels of personal accountability.
" Ability to remain calm under pressure
" Work well within a team with a positive can do attitude
