HR Recruitment Manager required to join a fast growing and internationally successful company located in Worcestershire, to take responsibility for implementing HR policies and programmes, and managing all aspects of employee relations, performance management and development.
This role requires an individual who holds a CIPD qualification. Level 7 will be in highest demand.
Reporting to the Head of Business Services the newly appointed HR Manager will manage staffing and recruiting activity, training, remuneration and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, energetic and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
The successful candidate will be a proactive team player with strong customer service and problem solving skills and possess the ability to apply HR and business knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills.

As HR/Recruitment Manager you will be offered a highly competitive basic salary up to £40K pending experience, 30 days annual holiday plus bank, pension, bonus scheme and flexible working arrangements.
